We are a production shop meaning that we produce orders according to the specifications that you select. Therefore we do not stock products that can be returned. Please carefully select proper sizes and hole options on each product page before adding to cart.
We do not accept returns.
We do allow changes and cancellations if your order has not already gone into production. Please email us with your order number to verify if your order can be cancelled.
For changes or additions, please email with your order number and the list of items/qty that you would like changed. We will edit the order and send you a payment link for the additions.
Our production time is approximately 4-5 days to create your order. Orders ship via US Postal service with an approximate transit time of 3-5 days.
We do not offer overnight services as orders can not be produced same day. However you can email us to request expedited shipping methods and we will get back to you with the best option to receive your order faster. Please note expedited shipping services may add a cost to your order.
If your order is delayed in transit or seems to be lost, please contact your local post office immediately. A package search will usually get the package moving in transit again. If your order is scanned as delivered but not in your box, a GPS scan report can be pulled by your local post office to identify where the package was delivered when scanned. If you receive your package with damaged contents please email us with a photo and list of damaged items.
